IOPW Application Template

This is the IOPW character application. Copy and paste the following code into a post here in the Sign-Up board, and fill in the information accordingly. Please note the blank sample application below; yours should look exactly like that. If you need further assistance, feel free to look at other applications for reference. Once your application has been posted, it will be subject to review and approval by staff. If everything's in order, a member of staff will reply to your post letting you know your application has been approved. Otherwise, the reply will contain a list of things that need to be changed/added/removed before your character will be booked.

As an aside, it as advised to compose your application in MS Word or an equivalent, then paste it in to the site and post. Forumotion adds in an extra line or two before bulleted lists whenever the page is refreshed (i.e. previewing, editing, etc.), and the best way to avoid it is to simply keep it in Word and copy/paste it in.
